Habitat: Shallow coastal zones, seagrass beds, mangroves, and coral rubble areas. Depth: Typically found between 1–20 meters. Behavior: Anchors to vegetation or coral using its prehensile tail; slow, deliberate swimmer. 🧬 Appearance Size: Up to 6–8 inches (15–20 cm). Coloration: Highly variable — yellow, tan, brown, black, or mottled with white spots. Distinctive traits: Smooth body with minimal spines. Rounded coronet (crown) with low ridges.
